Ember & Oak

Not Your Father’s Steakhouse: Ember & Oak is a unique and trendy steakhouse meets share plates concept, offering a mix of inventive small plates and huge sharing boards for a dining experience like none other! We are a chef owned and run restaurant and prepare most of our menu over open oak fires, with everything is made fresh in-house daily including our breads, sauces, desserts, and every component on our menu right down to the ketchup we serve with our signature beef fat fries!

Our menu is designed to be shared, as we believe that the best memories are made when friends and loved ones gather around the table to share food and drinks. Our dishes will be delivered to the table as they are hot and ready from our kitchen, so we suggest that guests order a mix of 4-6 different share plates and sides, plus at least 1 of our signature sharing boards, and enjoying them together ‘tapas style’!

In addition to delicious food, we are equally passionate about our craft cocktail and wine program. We take great pride in our wine list, with our Chef/Owner and Sommelier working hard to curate a unique portfolio of small production wines, and the top labels of our favorite wine makers. Our bar managers have also created a beautiful craft cocktail list, making everything they possibly can from scratch including house made bitters and fresh fruit syrups; and using fresh local fruits and herbs plus modern techniques and specialty ingredients to create truly unique drinkable works of art. And they didn’t stop there… We also feature over 40 top-end bourbons, scotches and whiskeys, and a range of local and national craft beers.

Our beautiful open air candlelit courtyard is perfect for an alfresco dinner or drinks, and we offer a nightly Happy Hour in our courtyard bar, lounge and The Wine Room. The Wine Room at Ember & Oak is a fun and interactive wine tasting experience like none other in Brevard County! We offer 64 hand selected bottles of wine ‘on tap’ in a self-serve environment, along with a delicious wine bar themed tapas menu of snacks, cheeses and charcuterie. Our in-house sommelier can guide you through your wine tasting journey and offer tasting notes and suggested pairings, or you can create your own tasting experience by sampling your way through as many wines as you’d like… 1, 3 and 5 oz pours at a time! Seating for the wine room is available on our beautiful candlelit courtyard, and it’s a great experience to enjoy before or after dining at Ember & Oak! (Now open until midnight on weekends!)
