We love FRESH cooking. We are obsessed with cooking food the right way, from SCRATCH. We do not warm up pre-cooked food. We do not finish pre-baked. When we say our seafood is FRESH, it is FRESH. Our meats, cheeses, olive oil and fruits are the highest QUALITY available. We pick our herbs daily. We do not take shortcuts. HONESTLY. We may run out of one or two things here and there because we don’t keep large inventories to assure FRESHNESS. We keep our customer in mind at all times. We cook extremely HEALTHY food. The first ingredient in each one of our recipes is LOVE. And last but not least we APPRECIATE our customers and we do not take them for granted!
We are family owned restaurant. We love what we do. Our chef Brano Kunik has been around kitchens all his life. He spent a decade working for cruise lines. Another decade working in hotels. In 2004, he opened his first restaurant in Merritt Island. In 2009, he opened highly successful restaurant called Branos Italian Grill in Cocoa Beach. In 2015, he opened second location in Indian Harbor Beach. Even though Italian based cooking has been extremely good to him he realized that food is like music. You can’t listen to the Beatles every day. He realized that he wanted to explore different cuisines and flavors while using only the best and freshest ingredients. He wanted to give his food a new twist. He needed a new platform. That platform is FRESH – SCRATCH BISTRO AND LOUNGE.
