There is something so pure about Italian Ice, Gelato, and Ice Cream, so wholesome and authentic. Real ingredients, real flavors, real fun. For us, frozen desserts  isn’t just a dessert, it’s a state-of-mind, a time of day, a treat, a celebration, a thrill. We love the product we make, and it shows. 

HISTORY

Our very first Italian Ice  flavor was Lemon, and we scooped it from a tiny, 2 gallon home ice maker machine. The feedback we got (from our neighbors, and their friends) was incredible, and a dream was born. 

OUR MISSION

We strive to create incredible homemade Italian Ice and Gelato that taste as good as they look. We mix and match unusual combinations so that every scoop that we serve meets your highest dessert expectations. 
We never have our product shipped in from up North, we make everything fresh right here in Viera, Florida.
