Island Gecko Grill

The owners, Jon and Leslie, were on a mission to create a family-friendly, community environment where every meal was served with a smile, and every regular was considered family. The Island Gecko Grill, originally the Barking Gecko, has been a part of the Merritt Island community since 2005. In the 15 years they’ve been open, there have been ups and downs, but have been fortunate enough to have the support of the Merritt Island community, eager to dine at the Island Gecko Grill, and kind enough to love and support the restaurant through the growing pains. Their regulars are their motivation for continuing to push themselves to create a better establishment. For Jon and Leslie, seeing each and every customer walk through the door with a smile, a story to share, and getting to watch families change and grow throughout the years is a blessing. Jon, Leslie, and all of the hardworking staff at the Island Gecko Grill thank the Merritt Island community for all of the support throughout the years and look forward to a future of success.
