Gino Signore, Chef and owner, grew with the passion for preparing and/or making food since his early years. With a great trajectory, Gino decides to open his own restaurant in Cape Canaveral.
Named after his wife, Marina Ristorante, came as a small, full-service restaurant of 28 seats, serving authentic Italian food, beer and wine. Our Italian menu is all homemade and served to order fresh daily by our small team.
Our patrons love our shrimp and crab ravioli with its creamy sauce and truffles. Others brag about steak in cognac and peppercorn.The pasta with seafood is also very popular.
