They say nothing brings people together like food. Well in our case, the proof of that statement is in the boil. Our signature Florida low country boils to be exact. It’s these delicious, unique medleys of seafood, veggies and spice that inspired Nick Moon, his wife Naomi, and old friend, Ryan Kelley to team up and venture into the restaurant business. With years of experience sourcing and selling seafood, Nick identified an opportunity to offer quality ingredients at a lower price point, in a fast-casual environment focused on getting the food out in a timely manner. A novel idea in the seafood category where long lines at the shacks, and long waits for tables at the fancier joints are the norm.
Next, it was time to pick a location. And it didn’t take long for them to unanimously decide on repurposing an old gas station just off the intracoastal on historic US1 in Melbourne, Fl. Not only was the location itself great, but the concept of a place where people could make a quick stop to fill up and get their fix was not lost on them. It was at that point the name Melbourne Seafood Station was born. And it’s the ethos of that original location that is still carried through the brand, and all our locations today. So do your stomach a service. Come to Melbourne Seafood Station and get your fix.
