Established in 2014 in beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida, the Rock the Guac concept brings the Mexican cuisine into the modern era as another healthy alternative food choice.  Using only the freshest ingredients along with the customer’s ability to make it exactly to their liking, Mexican is now the go-to cuisine for the health-conscious crowd.  Rock The Guac also offers vegan options.

Prepare your palate with Rock The Guac’s signature guacamole recipes (We’re not called Rock the Guac for nothing!)  Tantalize your taste buds with Rock The Guac’s 20 specialty sauces from our outrageous hot bar, with heat ranges from wimpy to 911.  Don’t forget to try Papa Guac’s signature sauce.  Rock The Guac’s generous portions gives the customer a powerful and delicious entrée that won’t soon be forgotten.  Rock The Guac also offers delicious chips and queso, the freshest Pico de Gallo, and other delectables.
