Rolli Diner

Rolli served their very first sandwich back in the year of 1995. The owner, Jay Josephs, was serving in the U.S Army in Frankfurt, Germany when he came up with the final recipe.

He had a decision to make: munch on the final Rolli before going back state side OR reproduce it and take the recipe back home with him.  After coming back to the states, completing culinary school and working as a fine dining chef for 3 decades, he hung up his chef uniform for what he likes to call great food fast! “If it’s right, it’s right!” he says.

In 2007, Josephs started the Rolli operation in Brevard, and now, Rolli’s signature sandwiches are now being prepared at 31 W. New Haven Ave, in Melbourne, at the corner if Babcock Street, in a location with 30 seats inside and 35 outside.

In addition to the Pork Sandwiches Rolli has always offered, they also offers plates such as Burgers, Hot dogs, Cheese steaks, Baked brie and Cajun barbecue shrimp, as well as beer and wine,
