Where

Shiloh’s Steak and Seafood is located on the shores of the Indian River Lagoon. With a direct view of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center we offer the ideal setting for water front dining. Offering a wide variety of dishes we have something for everyone. So come bring the family down and enjoy what we’re cooking!

Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood was named after a village in Brevard County, Florida called Shiloh. Shiloh is the northernmost place in Brevard County. Shiloh is currently uninhabited. It was an active community during the turn of the 19th to the 20th Century. During the beginning of the Space Age, the village was later annexed to NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Merritt Island, Florida, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and the Canaveral National Seashore. Shiloh is a “dark sky” site used by the Kennedy Space Center Amateur Astronomers and the Brevard Astronomical Society for astronomical observation and imaging.

The Sanders family has always enjoyed a challenge. Louis and Teresa started in the restaurant business over 30 years ago opening a little BBQ shack in Mims. They ventured off to Georgia in 1998 and built another BBQ restaurant, all the while the boys were learning every aspect of running a restaurant. Kyle and Kody started from washing dishes and bussing tables, to cooking, learning the inventory, waiting tables and handling the day to day duties of dealing with customers and employees. The time had come when the Sanders family needed to expand in order to accommodate the growing family. Kyle, Kody and Kyle’s wife Christin had some of their own ideas and wanted to start a new concept, and with a lot of prayer and hard work, Shilohs was now a reality.

We are proud to say we now employ over ninety people and serve up to a thousand people a day!! One of the best things of owning a restaurant is the joy of serving and making people happy, you meet and get to know so many people. Louis and Teresa have watched many of the little ones that they enjoy holding grow up and start families of their own, and that is what is unique about our family business we love seeing our regular customers and meeting the travelers just passing through. The Sanders Family have been in Brevard county for over sixty years and love being a part of such a unique small town.
