Brandon Basista is The Bearded Chef.

He’s a foodie, husband, father of four, youth leader and a kid at heart.

He has a passion for food and a heart for teaching and raising up culinary leaders. Brandon has been a chef in the area for 15 years and has worked all over central Florida. He’s seen the good, the bad and the ugly of the restaurant industry.

The Bearded Chef was born out of a desire to make serving people a family affair; out of the heart to treat people with love and respect. We want to do more than just give you a great meal, we want to serve you an experience that won’t soon be forgotten.
