The original Villa Palma opened in Melbourne, Florida back in 1987, offering a variety of classic and modern takes on Italian dishes. Villa Palma was founded in 1987. Peppe and his wife Melinda moved from Long Island New York, to Melbourne Florida, in search of a location to raise a family and follow their dream of owning a restaurant.
